Below is a look at a few fan made KC Wizards logos I’ve been able to locate, if you have more please send them to kansascitywizards@live.com I don’t know who made them, if you do, again, please email me their name. If you wish to see the official logos click here.
1. This first one is my favorite, simple, badge/crest, shows the city skyline and gives a hint of Wizards without using a wizard. It was made by Broder, very nice work. I hope you’ll make a few more sometime.

2. This next one is a great work of art, but not the best of logos. Turns out M explains it is a secondary logo from the first year.
3. Stretches the current logo and adds the dragon from the first logo, poor choice of colors though.

I remember seeing a round shaped fan made logo sometime ago, but I’ve been unable to locate it again. If you know where it can be found please let me know. Also I’d love to see some new ones, who knows you may even influence what the team actually does.

I like the first one best, but I hope our new logo won’t look like any of these. Besides it seems it is going to be blue and yellow for us in the future and none of these have yellow playing a distinct role.
I’ve never seen the stretched one before, if the colors in the background were different it wouldn’t be so bad, maybe a sky line in the box or a wizard or something.
I do kinda like the idea many of these took using Wizard motifs, but no wizard. Really I mean using a dragon which is wizard related, but not a wizard itself.
the second one is not a fan made logo, it’s an old secondary logo from the team’s first season.
I had no idea, is their a color version of it or only the one?
I don’t have a color version of it, someone else might.
That very first one was designed by me. Just a quick mockup I did in photoshop with some ideas I had. When I saved it as a jpeg and uploaded it, it came out looking purplish. So it is supposed to be blue.
The fifth one down, the modified old logo, I believe was done by Jade.
jimmy doesn’t want black anywhere in the crest/badge. not because black is bad, but it has nothing to do with us… and therefore, should be included in the piece that’s supposed to most represent the club.
the only two items here that are worth the bandwidth are in logos 1 and 5. the sash, or whatever it’s called, that has ‘1996′ and the similar one on #5. i like both of those. i guess the overall shield structure on both of them is good as well. the other badges/logos should see the wrath of the depressed delete button. jimmy doesn’t want to ever have to look at those ridiculous things again.

While the first one looks nice and all, it’s not going to come out well on a jersey, same with number 5. The skyline in one will just be one jumbled mess on a jersey in my opinion, as would the Wizard in number 5.
FIrst one is great…I would love that. The rest suck.
